FAQ

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, we are available by appointment only so we can ensure you will have our undivided attention. You can book an appointment Monday to Saturday  here. If your preferred appointment time is not available please email us hello@enchantedbridal.com.au to see if we can accommodate you or put you on our waitlist.

 

How long is my appointment?

We allow 60 minutes for each appointment.

 

How much is my appointment?

Your initial consultation is free. If you require a second appointment we charge $40, which is refundable when you purchase your gown from us.

 

Can I bring a crew?

Yes, we understand that finding your dream dress is a big decision so you can bring up to 4 support people. Alternatively if you wish to shop alone our dedicated stylists will give you their expert opinion. If you or your crew cannot come into the studio we can Face Time also.

 

Can I take photos?

Yes, we allow photos.

 

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring the good vibes and an open heart. We request you don’t wear fake tan and keep make up to a minimum. If you always have a tan on we request you don’t reapply within 2 days before your appointment.

 

Will my dress require alterations?

Most probably. When you find your dream dress we will take your measurements and order the size that closest represents your body. However, most wedding gowns do require tailoring to get a perfect fit. Tailoring is at an additional cost and is dependant on what style you choose and the work that is required. We have a specialist bridal tailor on site who can advise you on alteration costs at your time of purchase.

Please advise us if you plan on losing weight or may be pregnant and we will take this into account as best we can.

 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

As our gowns are made to order we do not offer refunds or exchanges after 48hrs of placing the order. To place an order we will take a 50% deposit with the balance being due when your gown arrives. If you decide to cancel your order after 48hrs you will forfeit the deposit.

 

Can I purchase off the rack?

Yes, all of our gowns can be purchased off the rack.

 

How long will my dress take to arrive?

As our gowns are made to order, we recommend you order your dress at least 6-9 months before your wedding. If your wedding is less than 6 months away we can put a rush order in for you, at a small fee (depending on the amount of time we have)

Where can I find you and is there parking? We are at 997a Pacific Hwy, Pymble, which is on the left as you head south on the highway, above Luschwitz real estate. There is parking on the Pacific Hwy or around the corner in Post Office St.
